Hunt for the Truffle Popcorn Cupcake

Ever since I received the Truffle Popcorn in the January POPSUGAR MUST HAVE subscription box, I have been obsessed with making snacks out of it.   I am trying to make a Truffle Popcorn cupcake, and with a few tries I think I am almost there... but not yet. Lets hope I get the next batch just right.  If you have any suggestions for me, please let me know.
