Subscription Review

Why I Review:

I started this blog to help fill in some of the gaps and information out there on subscription boxes and reviews.  While it is nice to see spoilers and item included in past boxes, it doesn't tell the full story.   My first few posts I focused more transferring items in the box that didn't suite me as it was, where else I was able to translate it into  something more suitable.  See sample here of how I a bracelet was turned into a necklace.

The more I discover about different subscriptions, however, I also realize the reviews don't do a lot of the products justice.  It is hard to tell if I actually want a spoiler unless I know more intimate details about the spoiler, thus at times I decided to try to tell a more retailed story about the spoiler, such as The DIRT toothpaste spoiler from the Dave Asprey quarterly box or the Henri Bendel Cosmetic Bag from a Popsugar spoiler.

This is because I want people to be excited about the spoiler, and be excited about the anticipation of a box like I am.  There is nothing like Christmas once a month when you receive your favorite subscription box.

What is it: a female lifestyle monthly subscription box curated by Lisa Sugar, founder of a lifestyle blog, Popsugar, that features celebrity news, shopping, beauty, fitness, entertainment, food, children, home and pets.

Best for: females ages 18-40.

If you send me a description of the above, I may use it in my review, especially if it is spot on! I know you will be better to describe your product than me.

  1. their customer service is awful. i have sent 5-6 emails, no reply. going on a month now. i have 3 subscriptions and have been a member for a long time. one of my daughters did not get her fall box. no reply. i am going to have to call my credit card company. maybe a class action law suite. any others experienced same?
