Sad to say, originally I was really excited and wanted to purchase extra boxes because I have credits with Rue La La. However, when I went into my account, they had "taken away" the credits. I called customer service, but they could not figure out why. The nice lady who answered the phone said she will need to investigate and get back to me within 3-5 business days. The problem here is that the offer will close tomorrow. Even after mentioning this, and how I won't make the purchase without the credits, there is nothing she can do. I am truly disappointed in Rue La La. Rue La La = EPIC FAIL!
