Getting to the goodies.

The 8' Ludwig Schiff knife.  This knife has good weight and appears very sharp.  Can't want to try it out

A kitchen towel.

Knife sleeve to protect the blade, I will probably put my knife in my knife block. However, if you don't have one, this is a great tool to keep your blade sharp.
