This is Rachel's second subscription box, lets start the opening experience.
The first look upon opening the box.
I love the customized sticker for this box - "Unwrap a Summer of Chic". Last box had a sticker that said "A stylish season awaits..."
All the items in the box are individually wrapped. This is also really nice - because instead of unwrapping once, you get to unwrap 5 presents!
The information about the items. This is the first spoiler Rachel released a month ago. The Cross-body bag by the Cambridge Satchel Company. Value $150.
Rachel also provided styling ideas for this bag. She recommended "For daytime, pair it with a T-shirt, denim shorts and gladiator sandals" or "For evening, remove the cross-body strap to use it as a clutch, Dress is up with a printed skirt and high heels."
The dust bag that comes with the bag. I really like this bag, the only thing I wonder is if it will be easy to clean when it gets dirty because it is so white.
This is the second spoiler - The Mara Hoffman Sarong, value $98. This item was created exclusively for Box of Style.
Styling ideas for this wrap = "Wrap it around your body then tie behind your neck to create an impromptu halter dress." And when later on "Come fall, wear it as a scarf with a maxi dress and ankle booties."
The two makeup items by Too Face - a Bronzer in Sun Bunny, value $30 and Lip Creme, value $22.
The bronzer. While I liked this bronzer, there have been a lot of bronzers in other boxes as well. So I am not sure if I will trade this item or keep this item.
The Lip Creme in Spice Spice Baby. The color looks like a color that will look good in a lot of people, however, I never wear lipstick - I am more of a heavy eye makeup and simple lip gloss, so I will be trading this.
The O.R.G. Skincare Mineral Face Peel, value $44. I haven't tried this product yet, but seems to get good reviews, so I am excited to try this.
Finally, Bristols 6 Nippies, value $26. I have one dress that I NEED this item for. My old Nubra lost its stick, so this is perfect!
